Use of the asphaltescellant.com website and ordering our services implies acceptance of these conditions. Please read them carefully.
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days. An on-site visit may be required for complex projects. Remote estimates are indicative and may be adjusted after inspection.
Work can only be performed in dry weather with a minimum temperature of 10°C. Weather conditions may lead to free rescheduling. The customer must clear the surface of vehicles and obstacles before our arrival.
Our adhesion warranty is 24 months for sealant and 12 months for crack sealing, under normal usage conditions. Damage from exceptional conditions (chemical spills, mechanical damage, etc.) is excluded.
A 30% deposit is required upon signing for projects over $1,000. The balance is due at the end of the work, payable by cheque, Interac transfer, or cash.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the intervention date. Beyond that, the deposit is non-refundable.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
